Our standard

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.

What you should be able to do

• Zoom up to 400% without text spilling off the screen.
• Navigate the whole site using a keyboard.
• Use the site with a screen reader.
• Read text with good colour contrast in plain English.
• Understand every image through a text description.

Compliance status

We believe this website is partially compliant with WCAG 2.2 AA. We have not yet had an independent audit and plan to commission one in 2027. Some external pages we link to may not be accessible.

Reporting a problem

If something is hard to use, or you need information in another format such as large print or easy read, email hello@mediscribeai.co.uk. We aim to reply within five working days.

The MediScribe AI product

This statement covers the website only. Accessibility of the clinical product, including the review screen and patient materials, is assessed with each design partner.
