Design partners

A pilot is not traction unless it creates evidence and a decision.

Two to four integrated sexual health services in England, an agreed evaluation and an honest decision at the end. Not a free trial that drifts.

What design partners receive

  • No licence fee during the evaluation.
  • An independent, pre-registered evaluation we fund.
  • Every governance artefact, before the first encounter.
  • Patient materials reviewed with a patient group.
  • Direct influence on the product and roadmap.
  • Optional co-authorship of results.

What we ask of design partners

  • A named clinical lead.
  • Eight to twelve clinicians, with 30 minutes’ training each.
  • A governance and clinical safety sign-off path.
  • EPR administrator time to test integration.
  • A decision meeting at month five against agreed measures.

What the evaluation measures

Product quality

Accuracy, omissions and field completeness.

Workflow value

Total documentation time, correction effort and repeat use.

Trust and economics

Patient participation, sign-off time and cost per encounter.

Measures are agreed up front and analysed independently. If review takes as long as typing, we will say so.

Who is a good fit

Level 3 integrated services in England, two to six sites, 20,000+ face-to-face consultations a year, on Lilie or Inform, with a clinical lead able to sponsor an evaluation.

Timeline

Expressions of interest are open now. We expect to confirm partners in early 2027, with timings agreed per service.

Express interest

We reply within two working days. No sales sequence follows.
